My nails were done beautifully (again). After more than 2 weeks, they are still pretty, strong and no chipping whatsoever. Although initially, the colour is different from what I chose, the man was able to sort it out immediately.
DO NOT COME HERE. Got my nails done Thursday morning with my 1.5 year old son, one nail started peeling that afternoon, I came back with my son and my other son after school and got that one nail redone. Friday morning the same nail started peeling again, aswell as this, 3 more started to chip and peel off. I have come back again Monday after being at work, for them to be so rude to me and I explained I don’t have time to get them done again I got my children to pick up and then for it to happen again for the 3rd time within a day of getting them done, I would like my money back. He was very rude, and said no they don’t do that. I said well at least half the money it’s ridiculous and he just ignored me, two ladies in the shop were quiet and clearly looked uncomfortable. Very bad customer service, do not recommend attall.
I never like leaving bad reviews. But oh my god this place was horrendous! The lady Jade was so incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes at every request I made. I’d booked an appointment with jade as a last minute option as I needed these nails done for an event. She rushed the entire process, cut my cuticles, and the shape was horrible and the design was not at all what I wanted.!! To make things worse, when I mentioned the design wasn’t I wanted she proceeded to get annoyed with me and told me it looked good enough. Honestly I’m so disappointed in this service that I would’ve rather let a monkey do them as they’d have probably done a better job at it. Do not book with this lady if you want to keep healthy nails.
Absolutely disappointed. I booked an appointment a week in advance, but when I arrived, they were running 30 minutes late with no apology. The technician seemed rushed and barely acknowledged me. The tools didn’t look properly sanitized, and the workspace was messy. My gel manicure started chipping after just two days — totally unacceptable. When I called to ask for a fix, they were rude and unhelpful. Definitely not coming back. Save your money and go somewhere more professional…
the way they do the nails is completely wrong , the nails sit straight across, basically pointing upwards instead of curving downwards. it’s uncomfortable and feels like my actual nails are going to rip off when i use my hands. i also asked to change the colour twice as it looked very different to the swatches i was picking out. the third colour he picked out for me i wasn’t happy w either but i was too scared to say anything as the guy was very passive aggressive when i asked to change. (i wanted dark red, you can see in the photos they’re basically black which is not what i chose) he was then quite careless and messy after i asked to change, with filing my nails and pushing too hard as well as painting my nails so messily, getting it on my fingers and not leaving clear lines. also my middle finger nail is shorter than my ring finger and pointer finger. for context this was a treat for myself for my first pay check as i do my own nails at home but this salon has put me off nail salons sadly
They do the job and pleasant enough. My first experience was a full pedicure and loved it, the lady was very nice and friendly but I went back and had my finger nails done the lady was distracted and I felt a bit like an inconvenience and unfortunately the nails only lasted a week and a half. However I would definitely go back for a pedicure and varnish! The most notable thing about this place is the customers who walk in off the street, wow....they are 90% so rude to the staff demanding what they want rather than asking, both times i attended i witnessed people being extremely rude and miserable in their demeanour. It is possible this is why I felt a bit awkward due to the rude people in weston putting these lovely people on edge!?

Absolutely amazing. Such kind staff and my nails look better than the photo I showed them. Brilliant job, can’t recommend them enough. This is now my go-to nail salon! X
