   recently bought a brand new kitchen a guy named danny was fantastic. Nothing was too much for him to give help and guidance great customer service. He came to my house and measured and would then design a new look then would send the design by email no pushy sales aspect from no obligation quotes too he would redesign if not entirely happy tweeks here and there never too much. I was even able to contact danny any time i needed.I even had calls to let me know when my kitchen was being delivered. Great quality and already built. My kitchen looks great thankyou very much for everything.

   Reduced ranges and increased prices. The remaining staff are great and helpful. However the ranges of merchandise has shrunk drastically over the last few years. They have become the most expensive merchant in the town.

   Product arrived quickly and was fine. The 3 stars is due to customer service. On the day of delivery the delivery man was polite and nice. A few days later, whilst attempting to call my joiner i accidentally called the delivery man and hung up straight away. He then called me back and very rudely interrogated me about how i got his number and who i worked for, then abruptly stopped me and hung up when i was offering an apology and explanation. This rudeness left a bitter impression of the company and ruined what was overall a good service.
