   Apparently it’s the customers job to find the staff to be served. Albeit not every morning but it’s becoming too common where the floor is empty and customers have to find staff. It’s not a big store. Maybe just add a bell at the till cause it shouldn’t be on the customer to ask to get served.

   I live in the area and have never experienced with worse service in my life. I absolutely advise going there in the afternoon, the employees are not nice, as if someone told them to be there for punishment. if you have to then use the self-service checkouts

   I have just ordered a woosh delivery for the first time. I ordered pizza and 2 bottles of finest wine. When the order arrived the bag was sealed on opening the bag and I had 1 bottle of wine and 1 pizza. Trying to call through and have had the call disconnected 6 times!!! Absolutely shocking are they going to believe me when. I nip in tomorrow!!!!

   A lot of the staff ( not all) but two particular female staff are regularly rude and condescending. One was in the store and asked in a loud voice is she was the only ‘ dipshit’ wearing a mask!! Yes you are which is actually worrying considering we are still not out of the woods yet.

   There have been a number of occasions where I've purchased items which usually, in most other stores would have several days till the best before.. but not this store. Frequently sells items for full price when they have only one day before the best before (not discounted - to help shoppers see the near imminent need to be disposed of). Today was the final straw, I dont trust this shop anymore. I dont want to have to check if I'm being ripped off every time I go for food that should last for days being sold with less than 12 hours till they can't be consumed. If you are going to shop here, be vigilant about best before dates for every single item, every time you go shopping. Shameful tactics. I'll be going to CO-OP in future.

   Giving 4 star for the nice lady who was really helpful when my son lost his teddy in store. Thank you for taking time helping us look for his cuddly friend, there are very few people like you left in this world. In terms of the store, nothing special, standard Tesco Express but overall an ok shop to stop for sweets and freshly baked goodies.
