   awful company, over a year of trying to resolve and now they have my money and I have no item. I purchased an item which didn't get delivered. The shipping company just dumped the item somewhere. The company was contacted to resolve this, many calls and emails they poorly handled the interaction, actioning anything. eventually I found out that the member of staff left and the manager Andy took over this, he decided that due to his member of staff handling this poorly that our company should have done their work that she didn't do (crazy considering that shipping companies will only deal with the sender of an item). Then he decided that it wasn't fair on him that their company should deliver to us, the customer, the item which they never received and so suggested we buy the item again. Unbelievable. After an entire year and a few months of fighting this, now they have my money and we don't have the item. Avoid this company unless you want to get scammed if you have any kind of problem.

   They are theives. We ordered and paid some electrical componets for a magnetic driil on August 2022 and they don't even answer our email. Stay away

   Having ordered a part for a evolution compactor which arrived next day I then inquired about another item which evolution do not stock but the very nice lady (w) at Knighton did go out of her way to see if she could find it, sadly to no avail, But 10 out of 10 for trying and a wonderful phone manner. Thankyou.

   Great company to deal with. They have everything you could need for your workshop in the way of tools/equipment and consumables. I made an error when ordering a product. Richie at Knighton-tools made getting the correct goods sent out a breeze.so I'll definitely be going back.
