   Went last minute with my elderly mum . The owner Teresa was so accommodating & friendly. Took the time to chat and be so pleasant. Thanks to Molly and Catrin who were so kind to my elderly mother . She loved having her gels to her toes and fingers polished .

   I was absolutely appalled and disgusted at the service I received yesterday. not one technician engaged with their client...they were all talking amongst themselves - completely ignoring me. That was unprofessional enough but the topic of conversation was disgusting...all about the parties they had been too and how they were throwing up everywhere...how drunk they were. I am in no way a prude but this is not want I want to hear when I am sat wanting to have my nails done. I don't feel the quality of my nails is great either as many times the technician was looking at the girls she was having the conversation with more than my nails. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

   Not a great experience. Booked an appointment but had to wait 40 minutes to be seen, nobody even asked my name for the appointment. Also I booked for BIAB extensions but was told when I got there they don’t really do them (I wouldn’t had booked otherwise). Lady who done my nails didn’t speak to me the entire time, and I was charged £38 for plain BIAB with minimal detail! I left there and felt horrible, horrible atmosphere and VERY overpriced!!!!

   They charged me just for gel nails £27. When I initially had my nails done, the gel was stuck to the sides of my fingers and on my finger tips. On the first day one nail came off and by the third day, seven were already missing. I called them to give them feedback and instead of accepting the criticism I immediately got told that they don't offer refunds. Not only had all my nails fallen off by the fourth day but they were also completely damaged.

   My daughter messaged and agreed a time/date and price for her acrylic nails and went by herself after saving up money to get them done in the school holidays. They quoted £28 to her in a message and then charged her £35 on the day after they had already completed the nails. This left her upset and calling home to bring more money as they would not honour what they had told her in the message. This was a horrible experience for her first time going on her own and totally unreasonable let alone miss-selling. Horrible way to treat a young girl. Don't bother would be my advice. For what they charged, there's plenty of better options locally.

   Brilliant service. Haven't had my nails done in over 7 years so no idea what I wanted done or what any of it means! One of the staff (didn't catch her name)Made me feel so at ease, she explained everything to me and recommend what would suit me best. She took her time and what felt like a VIP treatment. Just wonderful, I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my nails done now. Highly professional with brilliant quality nails. I will be returning.
