   Not great, owner is moody. Would normally buy something when I’m using the Evri machine but now refuse to as he is ignorant and it is a free for all with the parcels you could take anyone’s that is left sitting there. He also sent my parcel back as I had 5 days to pick it up but I wasn’t there by day 3 so he decided to return it himself with an Evri driver so when I went to pick it up it was gone.

   Just tried to return an Evri parcel here and got yelled at for following instructions I explained my return and was told this was his shop and not Evri sure of the gentleman’s problem but I would say customer service needs attention Thankfully Sainsbury’s have opened a newer cleaner store a stones throw away so will not be visiting again Bad attitude stay clear !! Oh and if I could select no star I would have

   Very small convenience shop but it is handy to have in LFE as there isn’t anywhere else in that vicinity. Has a small car park and owner speaks basic English which gets them by with locals. Pricing is on high side but that is expected for a local convenience shop. Things which are close to best before he should mark down discounted and set it for a certain day, I’m sure he will get loads of business and not waste product.

   Absolutely disrespectful communication with customers! without a greeting immediately shows his dislike! in a request with help with sending Evri, the answer is "I can't help you with anything." Even though it's the nearest store, I won't be coming here again! I will spend time and money on travel to other places but I DO NOT RECOMMEND here!!! I never sent the parcel, I went to another place where the staff is more friendly and helped to deal with the shipment!

   I really like this shop. It's colourful on the outside, so my son calls it the Rainbow shop, as it will always be known to our family. Every time the owner sees me looking for something he offers to help. Shop has everything you need for small local store. The owner is clearly very hard working, working long hours and always there. No, he's not particularly chatty, but he's always helpful.

   This store does NOT do 'packageless' returns for Amazon via EvRi (Hermes). Even though Amazon says it does. Owner/manager just plain refused. And served someone else instead. And, yes, glancing round, it looks very expensive even for staple items
