   I was in this shop today Atfall road Coventry I have been using this same shop for a number of years now and had no problems at all but over the past 2 weeks I have had to deal with bad and rude staff anyeay I was in the shop today went around the shop as normal like I do most mornings then went up to the counter to pay but the person who was on the Till at the time was the same person I had a problem with last time of being in the same shop I put my items on the counter the female staff member who had a problem the last time I was there turned her back on me and she was dong something with one of the shellf then my phone rang I was expecting a very important phone call about a relative in hospital the female then turned to face me told me I was rude and had no manners for being on the phone I told her it was a important phone call and had to take it she became more Angry at that reply and started to say to another shop member she was not going to sevre me so the other mamber of staff came to serve me who was just as bad treating me like trash so I asked for the manger and he was on there side of course and made it very clear that he was I told him what went on more then once and the cheeky thing said you have not told me anything yet I could not believe he had no ears to hear I then told him I would like the phone number for the head office to complain he refused and walked away what a bad manger he is so I jumped on my phone to find the phone number to the head office yet again after my second complete about this shop mamber I spoke to the person at the head office of this shop about the staff member telling me I was rude and to get off the phone and that I had no manners I all so informed the head office this was my second encounter with the same staff member from my last complete so I am now waiting to hear off the head office by Friday if not I informed them I would phone them back on that day I'm not letting this go away I'm fighting it all the way . If your thinking of using this shop makes sure your not Expecting a phone call because the staff will not serve you and the managers will blame you all the way to defind his staff of wrong doings best to shop in other places.

   Very rude store staff. I had a full basket of shopping to pay but the female staff told me to use the self service and do everything by myself. She said she was very busy, to be honest, I couldn’t see that she was busy at all and she was quite happy to work at check out for a white male customer who had asked her for help.

   Some of the staff need a pick me up, they barely lift their heads and it’s like it is a chore when they have to serve you at the tills. “Can you not just use the self serve” well I wouldn’t be stood here waiting for you if I could. It’s not all, two in particular are very friendly but, the others would put you off going back. Area manager needs to offer some training or incentives to improve the work environment as they clearly don’t enjoy being there.

   I visited this so called coop! My local had a problem with their fridges so no milk. I used an alternative shop which their milk is 30p more expensive £1.95 compared to £1.65, and no discount with my coop card??? Thus not a very good experience. This is not a true coop!

   Upon my first visit to this store 11/8/24 5:40. I was served by a man who refused my 2 pizza and ice cream for members price £5 so sold me them for £6 he kept both receipts as I had bought 2 deals. I later checked the deal to see what it was for member only to see that you get a free movie rental with each deal. Thanks for keeping my movie rental that a good deal for the staff member. Not impressed

   Great little store, caters for almost everything you need and stuff is fairly priced, offers are normally quite good. Staff are always very friendly , chatty and willing to help. An additional benefit to this store is that it can be used as a click and collect which is very helpful when ordering online.

   Nice store. There used to be a pub in this exact building that shutdown. They are building a new housing area behind this store, with about 7 houses. It is never too busy here, and the car park is never full. The actual store layout is nice, and they have a lot of choices. Their bakery section is most of the time empty.
