   Well stocked, clean and organised. Needs better security in the evening as they tend to have young lads hanging around causing trouble. I’ve been in there twice in recent weeks where they’ve been riding their bikes up and down the escalators and being abusive to staff.

   They keep moving everything around. I can't find 70% of what I go in for any more so I'll just go to Aldi over the road instead and they can have my £50 - £60 a week instead. There is no way that I'm going to ask staff to direct me to 10 or more items, I just want to get out of there as fast as possible. Apparently moving it all around makes me spend more. It doesn't, but try explaining that to a manager who has been on a training course.

   I would like to share how extremely helpful two staff were on Saturday 30th August, nothing was too much trouble and they acted above and beyond to help me, they are Julie who was working at the cigarette counter and Tiago, both need a staff award...thank you both for your time.

   Massive big store, with 34 main aisle and other extra sections very clean and tidy. The cafe is a lovely place to relax after a big shop, with very tasty snacks and meals. Customer toilets were very clean. Plenty of free parking under the store, plus a sensibly priced petrol station.

   First Click and collect order Bedworth.. no signage, no clear instructions on collection, you have to hunt through FAQ’s for basic info.. You can’t even leave feedback on the survey.. To note: click and collect is around the back of this store, not in the most obvious and convenient place which is the main car park at the front and don’t expect any signs - basic stuff really. The lady even mentioned about how many people have to go in because they can’t find it..

   Was a loyal customer to this store but on my last few shopping visits been shocking. No staff on tills if they do only 1 to 4 tills open and the questor self service tills goes on fto bread area bk of store shocking.

   In particular the Bedworth store is awful.There are never enough tills open and the queues are awful. The staff are really hard working but they can't keep up. I'm sick of empty shelves, ducking out of the way of trollies that are used for online shopping being picked.If you ask for help off some of those staff they say no! Also the lack of quality in fresh fruit and vegetables is at zero.Such a shame at on time it was really nice to shop in there.
