   Theft happens here almost every day, usually around 10:00 PM and it’s shocking that nothing is being done about it. Customers and staff are left to deal with the consequences while management turns a blind eye. This place urgently needs proper security as the current situation is unacceptable.

   MILK ALLERGY WARNING. Steak bake product recently changed and now contains milk. Very disappointing for a large company that should understand their responsibilities as a major retailer. I'm not sure I can forgive them for this after purchasing 2 packs per week for over a year, then being lucky to avoid A&E or worse, as I noticed a slight difference in the packaging despite the item having the same product code. They decided to add an allergen, milk. What's worse is they have not responded or acknowledged the fact. Shame on you, Sainsbury's, you'd prefer someone to die than do the right thing. You truly are greedy, profit prioritising inconsiderate human hating and selfish! Update, January 2025: still no response nor notice on the product. No shop generated NECTAR points on my account since so they know I have ceased all purchases.

   Went to collect food order for a party, staff could only find half the order and then tried to offer us items we hadn’t ordered (obviously someone else’s order, they were happy to ruin another persons party just to appease us) we didn’t take anything that wasn’t ours but had to go elsewhere to make up the missing items. Staff not bothered at all, not once did we receive an apology on behalf of Sainsburys and still a month later we haven’t received a refund for the items not received. Will never use this shop again due to their not bothered attitude and will not use Sainsburys online either and will tell anyone else thinking of ordering party food from them , do not bother , terrible customer service.

   Absolutely shocking behaviour of staff.. Manager is impressed she has a masters degree as she likes to tell people.. . Although she stuck working in local sainsbury.. I was not impressed at all. And was wondering why she was..masters but doesn't know how to work the cctv.. Totally racist store.. Try to avoid if your not British white.. Crazy little click they have going in this store... Absolutely crazy much better service in co op down the road... Very satisfying service of co op never had no incidents from co op staff.. Absolutely amazing staff and service in co op... Avoid sainsburys Bedworth.. Absolutely disgraceful staff...

   God bless this store. The staff are great, its got its own little on site bakery, AND they have obscure ingredients like canned pumpkin puree in stock wildly out of season. I can have pumpkin pie whenever I want thanks to this store. Not even Waitrose could get me this stuff past November.
