    This is by far one of the nicest grocery shops I’ve visited! The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with fresh, top-quality products. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They make every visit enjoyable and make you feel like a valued customer. Shopping here is a real pleasure, and I can’t recommend it enough

    I am warning everone not to go there. I got a parking ticket from them in 2021. I thought the matter was resolved, but four years later they came back. I have never gone back there since. Disgusting way of treating clients.

    They issue parking tickets to both customers and non-customers. Probably food business is neither their area of strength nor their main activity as they earn a lot from the parking tickets issued to everyone who dares to stop by or park for a few minutes.

    Really bad. You find expired products and refuse to take it back when shown with proof of purchase. And besides selling expired products you get a fine for parking in their customer assigned parking spaces. They have to make a profit no???

    I was in his shop but still paid parking tichet. He sent me pictures with me, walking in the other shops but not with me when I WAS IN HIS SHOP. He was not happy as I did not buy from his shop. Food City shop, In that day I know clearly, I was looking to buy water with a PH9.5. Your highest PH water for sale was PH8.00 at 5L. Its a shame for what they do to people. I feel a bit curioes how they manage to do it, I don't know if that is legal. Shame

    Obviously their main source of income is parking charges, doing it together with EuroSupermarket; no clear delimitations between their parking spaces and EuroSupermarket; so no way of escaping fines, expect to get one from any of those 2 shops (if you can call them shops)

    Do not buy in this shop. They will give you parking ticket for being a customer. Thats how they make money off now. Business going big.

    Wouldn’t recommend this place. If you park in their car park and don’t fill out the parking registration at the counter you get a ticket despite being a legitimate customer. Despite appealing the ticket, we had our appeal rejected. Hope the Β£60 fine was worth it guys. I won’t be back.
