   I recently ordered machinery, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Scott from sales impressed me with his professional and friendly approach. He took care of everything from start to finish, and I truly appreciate his support. Manu from the office was also very helpful. At first, the delivery date seemed a bit long, but he managed to adjust it and arrange an earlier delivery—I was really pleased with that effort. And then there’s Engineer Naimin Patel—what an incredible person! He’s like a superman. His knowledge, patience, and way of teaching us were outstanding. We learned so much from him, and I would highly recommend his expertise to anyone. A big thank you to Scott, Manu, and Naimin Patel for making this process smooth and successful.

   Arrived to unload, ignored by staff for 30 mins then went off to have a smoke. Staff seem unable to even speak to you. Worse delivery place ever. Staff walking round doing absolutely no work at all.

   I run a fitted bedroom company in Kent, out edge bander machine broke down.NEY sent an engineer named Soni the next business day who has fixed it on site in a couple of hours. Very good efficient service

   N45 Chinese made panel saw, sold by Ney Ltd as their own brand Been sold as top spec machine but Completely useless machine, Started falling apart from the day one The blade become loose, anyone ever worked on a table saw, knows what that means, loosing fingers would be the least. Contacted ney ltd to remove the saw and refund in full, guess what ? Off course completely ignoring and not taking responsibility Had a visit to their Coventry headquarter and tried to solve the problem with the manager, but what a greedy and unprofessional manager, she offered a fraction of what we paid for the machine just to take their rubbish back. Took them to court, win the case and got the money back, thanks to the fair justice system, I believe this is the only language they understand when it come to get them to take responsibility of their rubbish products, FORCE OF LAW

   Ordered mid november. Was told my order would arrive mid december. It has been sent out in a 3 part split consignment without my knowledge, i am now told my panel won't arrive until mid January with no reason why, I lost the job my order was intended for, and was told they would not compensate that by a very unhelpful person who interrupted me every time i spoke so he could defend the company and make excuses. Avoid like the plague.

   great products and great prices, customer service can be good if you speak to the right people and terrible deliverys which lets it down astronomically, nothing ever gets delivered on time or when promised, items get split up to different couries so they come at different times and most of the time to late

   Very poor and unprofessional company. NEY have taken a £4500 deposit and we have nothing. They Recommended and took a deposit for a machine that was unsuitable for our power supply, even though they came and looked at it and photographed the supply, they even told us they tested at there work shop for compatibility the machine was not compatible, so they have kept our £4500 deposit and refuse to return it.. we have paid for cables to be fitted which are now useless to us we lost days of labour, all on there recommendations Ney have told us we should have known more about there machines and its compatibility than they do so it our fault. we now have to take legal action. But i am sure they will reply letting us know how glad they are of our feedback.
