   I buy minced meat once a month here, because its the only thing really cheaper than elsewhere, and I've had burgers from Iceland which were absolutely inedible and sat in my freezer for literally about 2 years only getting eaten in a state of desperation when too sick to shop. That's an issue with the chain not the store tho hence 5 stars. Don't really interact with the staff, normally a little bit of a line for tills but barely worth mentioning, things move along quickly enough. They also always seem (when I go in) to have multiple human tills open at a time, which even Aldi (my favourite shop by far) doesn't always manage. I normally use self serve here for the 3 bags I buy but I value the option everywhere especially if you'll buy more stuff than scaled can fit

   I loved the service that à certain employees gave me as I asked her for directions provide some surround a short floor and she was able to find them at a very quick rate. Due to the outstanding service, I asked for her name and found out that it was Chloe and I believe that she was a model employee.

   Was due my order today 15/12/24 and saw the delivery driver go to the flats across the road from me which have a different name to my flat and he delivered my shopping to some random people. Tried calling the store but the line is constantly busy! Absolutely fuming.

   DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ! Received my online order 24/10/2024 , chicken out of date it was dated 23/10/2024 (against food safety regulations) , it should not be on the shelves ! I also had two other lots of fresh meat that was dated for the 24/10/2024 (same day as my order was delivered - 6pm I received my order ) absolutely shocking service and poses a health and safety risk to customers, yet when I have called customer services they do not seem phased by this as it has happened multiple times at this store. I will never be using Iceland again ! Me and my 2 year old are now left without any meat for the week. Utterly disgusting service!

   First and last order with Iceland delivery. The online process was perfect! I even secured a next morning 1000-1200 slot for delivery..: brilliant. Only problem was, it never turned up! I had 2 ‘missed calls’ from the store. They literally rang for a split second each time… and didn’t leave a voicemail. I the. Try to call back about 50 times and they are constantly engaged (phone off the hook?!). I check online and it states ‘order delivered’. I then phone the call centre and they have a line that someone in the store actually answers! Problems with vans, drivers, etc. they’ll deliver tomorrow How about… NO THANKS! Order now cancelled. I can see what there are so many 1 star reviews online for the delivery service.

   There's nothing wrong with the store it's the young staff on the tills who have zero customer service skills. The only time they speak is to ask for money and they never say hello or smile. The young black male with the earing has always been the worst. I avoid him if I can. The older staff are much better but these young staff need some training.
