   I was waiting for my food delivery last night, 10-11pm. I recieved a message to say it would be dlivered between 10.10-10.43pm. I didn't recieve my food delivery. No phone call nor message to say it wasn't being delivered or why. Phoned the store this morning a few times, no reply. Phoned customer services to complain. They were unable to contact the delivery store too. I cancelled the order as I needed to get some shopping, instead of waiting to see what had happened. I have to wait 3-5 days for my refund. Disgusted with lack of customer service/care.

   Shops ok, but the female security guard. Has got to be the rudest person employed there, you can hear her talking about customers as they are walking round the shop. Heard her today slagging off a customer for not putting there umbrella in a box, shop won't replace the umbrella if they are stolen. If the floor is wet, you should employ someone to mop up or put rugs down

   The staff here are incredibly rude. Especially the male employees. They barge you out of the way with trolleys when trying to re stock shelves and when looking into chiller cabinets they stand directly in front of you blocking the view of cabinet.

   If you want to be served by a staff member then this isn't the place for you! Well! Not first thing in the morning anyway. There only seems to be a staff member if you call out for one but that's my experience at 7:15am on my way to work anyway, don't get me wrong it's not the staffs fault, it's the laziness of society where we have self service to save time and home delivery, most high street stores are closing, in Coventry it seems the city center is destined to be a student campus as more and more stores close in place of online shopping.

   Why are the self services tills Just Card payments only? I was in there today, the 2 self service tills were not used, 6 people queing for the 1till operator. No doubt Tesco will say that people prefer to use card, well its nots the case, its done for Tesco's convience not ours - Typical big business.
