   Ideal for small shopping, a nice little range of food and drink. Staff are ok. Very small parking out in front, most will park on the side of the shop (normally on double yellow which can make it hard to exit the junction).

   The Post Office/Evri/Yodel is putting parcel services into small corner shops, and is obviously not paying the shops enough to run the services. This results in a poor service to the public for the Post Office & parcel services. I have been to this shop many times, buying items and using the Evri and Post Office services. Unfortunately I find that if I don’t buy anything at the same time as using the Post Office/Evri I am not always treated with the same respect as when I am buying items from the shop. I used to have a proper Post Office that was not attached to a shop where it was OK to go and buy stamps, send parcels etc. without the obligation of buying anything else. I can’t always buy extras just to use the parcel service. The system is to blame not the customers.

   Last time I collect my parcel from here FOR MY BABY!! I came to collect a parcel off Vinted (hardly Harrods) and because I gave my maiden name as that’s my name on my Vinted, it turned out that the seller had used my newly married name. I confirmed this name to the young man who served me only for him to belittle me infront of the queue behind me and ask me for ID, I said my ID says my old name as I’m newly married. I even went to the extent of showing him my bank account and my FACEBOOK!!! He then asked for my profile picture which I showed as it stated the correct name which matched the parcel and he still clearly didnt believe me, he rudely said ‘well you can see where I am coming from here’. This was utterly embarrassing after I confirmed the address on the parcel too what more could he want?! He said ‘I’ll let you have it this one time’ like he was doing me a favour! Well there won’t be a next time after that customer service, I am not a thief so don’t make me out to be one.

   Great life saving shop for those of us that forget things during normal opening hours or those of us that can't shop during the day and those of us that tend to leave things to the last minute! Great staff too, I shop here regularly and they always seem friendly and helpful.

   I find the customer service here lacking, I only go for the post office services and it feels like I'm a nuisance and the post office is a second rate service for them. For example today I stood patiently waiting to be served for the post office whilst the shop was being serviced, and another staff member was clearly not serving any customers so I asked if he was serving the post office. He said someone will be with you in a moment, again I stood and waited some more time, only for the same person to go and put a bag down in corridor and then come to serve me at the post office counter. Why keep a customer waiting if your not actually serving someone else, I can't understand the logic here...

   Friendly and always helpful staff. Very good location for a corner store. Very handy when you are in need of everyday items like frozen food, soft drinks, lager, wine crisps, snacks, cakes, fruit, cheese, tined food, etc.

   Really rude customer service & when questioned to explain what he meant he got even more rude towards me. All you had todo is simply explain better & not then argue with me about what YOU said in the first place. Not somewhere I tend to go due to the lack of customer service you all have.
