Good place for reasonable prices for both fruits and veggies, but pls watchout the bills, some times they do wrong billing by mistake.. otherwise all good
Brilliant fruit and veg, fresh and brilliant prices!
Staff were just talking to each other swearing . They watched me pack a basket to then inform me at the till that their card machine was broken and it was cash only. Surely tell people when they enter. Very rude didn’t say hi or sorry nothing it’s cheaper at Sainsbury’s I won’t be supporting local if that’s how they treat customers.
Lots of rotten and mouldy fruit (raspberries, strawberries), kiwis and mango were fit for the bin. Three potatoes cost £4.50, for a greengrocer you would expect fresh quality fruit and vegetables, I would recommend going to a local supermarket instead.
Disappointed. Googled to find a local veg shop when visiting area. Lots of gaps and low stock . I queued and witnessed a polite lady asking for flowers to be wrapped , the young girl serving said " we don't do that " the lady pointed to some paper and again asked politely . I was so shocked by server's attitude that I left queue and put my items back . Poor customer service I a Small business .

Excellent service and support from a younger looking lad today in the afternoon . Very friendly and helpful. I belive hes called adam from over hearing is colleague. Very nice to chat and extremely helpful to me in my needs. Many thanks and thanks to shop keeper for helping me

I went into Joe Richards in Kenilworth this morning (and am a regular customer there) to ask to exchange something bought the previous day, and I had my receipt.The staff were brilliant , friendly as always and very polite but said I had to ask the manager. At that point he walked past me and I asked to speak to him. His manner, demeanour and attitude was awful, he was rude, and obviously didn't even want to speak. He did agree to exchange the item, but told me "go put it back where you found it". I WILL go in there again but only because the staff are so lovely and quality of goods is excellent, not because of the dreadful manager with an attitude problem
