   I love shopping here. Friendly faces. Chats like you used to do in shops. The prices are excellent. A little gem in a world of mass corporation. Oh and tge Fatso chocolate is to die for.

   I love zero store!! Every time I visit I’m surprised by just how much selection there is! I’m trying to transition to a lower waste lifestyle but don’t have all the right sized jars etc yet, the owners of the shop are so friendly and helpful, and I love that the shop is open till 6:30 once a week so I can make it after work!

   I absolutely love Zero Store! The staff are always helpful and can guide you through using the weighing/pricing machines and are on hand if there is anything you can't reach or are finding tricky to dispense. The value for money is AMAZING, particularly if your buying dried fruits, herbs and spices. I think it's particularly useful if your making a recipe for the first time or want to try a new ingredient that you don't want to commit to a huge quantity of as you can just buy what you need and know you'll use it. They focus on local suppliers too, so if you want to shop locally AND be a low or zero waste household Zero Store is a great option. Their Fill cleaning and toiletry refill range is great and better than some major brands - I particularly like their multipurpose cleaner. Their scented hand-wash is super value for money! The toothpaste tabs are great if you are travelling as you can buy what you need and know you've not got to carry around the bulk of a toothpaste tube. They also sell a moisturiser which I wish I had discovered sooner as it's sorted out some dry skin that I've struggled with for years - it comes in a jar, but you can return it to the store and they will return it to the supplier for reuse. I cannot recommend this place enough, so much of my weekly/monthly shop has been replaced by Zero Store's products. I've also used their click and collect before and its great if you don't just want to be quick. They also do a membership so you can receive money off your refill purchase. They also have plenty of sweet treats if you want something to nibble on the way home. I wish the owners and staff of Zero Store all the best and thank them for caring about the planet and trying to make the world a better place.

   I stumbled across Zero a couple of years ago and have been shopping at Zero since (within a few weeks of it opening) and each time I visit (usually once every two weeks at least), I love the experience and the ever expanding product range on offer. I don’t buy anything anywhere else if it’s available at Zero. I’m always amazed at the exceptional service, the helpfulness of the staff on offer, the friendliness (addressing and welcoming regular customers by their names) and the calm atmosphere - all a perfect balance. I have to mention their well researched /experienced knowledge on the products sold and everything sustainable !! I’m so glad Charlie ventured /created Zero and she amazes me how she weathers the challenges small businesses face especially during the last couple of years with such enthusiasm and passion. A special mention to the awesome Eleanor (I’m always so grateful for the help!) and all the staff. Thank you ladies (and Tom).

   Zero is a hero. You cannot have enough Zero Waste stores may not have the fruit and veg selection of CORE. They do have Nut Butter and Minor Figured Oat Milk on tap. Check ‘em out.
