“I came to review the toilets. I was very impressed with the facilities provided for baby changing, breastfeeding mums and disabled access. There is a separate room for baby changing, a room with a comfy chair for feeding and a separate fully kitted out disabled toilet and changing unit which even had a hoist, bed and screen. The toilets were also clean and tidy. Having been to various other retails parks recently this is the only one I've found decent toilet facilities. Thank you for thinking of people with accessibility issues!”

“Had an issue one evening where a friend of mine had broken down in his wheelchair in the store. The staff on John and Charlotte were really accommodating and friendly. We ended up being in the store for nearly 3 hours. As our friend was elderly they made him hot drinks and ensured help was sorted for him. Provided great customer service and was really helpful - thank you”
