   Lovely store and cafe but who's stupid idea was it to put all the ladies cord trousers on a table with shelves. No wonder there were two members of staff continually folding. How are you supposed to find sizes without pulling out all the piles of trousers. Absolutely no consideration for disabled, those with a bad back like myself. Just finding a 14/16R was a mission. I was one of those people routing around trying to find my size on the bottom shelf unfortunately making a mess!

   I came to review the toilets. I was very impressed with the facilities provided for baby changing, breastfeeding mums and disabled access. There is a separate room for baby changing, a room with a comfy chair for feeding and a separate fully kitted out disabled toilet and changing unit which even had a hoist, bed and screen. The toilets were also clean and tidy. Having been to various other retails parks recently this is the only one I've found decent toilet facilities. Thank you for thinking of people with accessibility issues!

   Nicely designed shop, but limited variety—especially in men’s clothing. Ordering and returning items is easy, which is a plus. The food section is much better than the one in the city centre.

   The cafe fell a little short of its usual standards today. I ordered on the machine, and it didn't actually say I could order at the till. Staff member came over to say what I'd ordered was not available, choose another lunch to be told that was unavailable too. Eventually, I found something that was available. There is no point in having an ordering machine if it does not reflect what is available to eat. Please sort this out. All round a disapointing experience. Oh, and it was freezing in the cafe. Needed coats on.

   Love this out of town shop. Huge selection of ladies & gents clothing. Walk through into food shop, fabulous selection of delicious ready meals as well as everyday necessary items. Parking easy so convenient no charge.

   Massive range of quality products here in a big open & airy store. Also has an adjacent restaurant (which I have yet to try) and a fabulous food hall. Certainly loads better than the previous place in the Priors. Good (free!) parking immediately outside although access to the retail park an get rammed at weekends & peak periods.
