   Some of the staff need some happy pills as they are so miserable, no matter how friendly you are! Drop off option for deliveries is rubbish as they either refuse to accept it from the delivery people or just fob you off at the best of times. Used to enjoy poppin' for some basics but the horrendous staff attitude means i rather go elsewhere know so not to be brought down to their level. Horrible store!

   Make this make sense. I went in to purchase some items. And in this purchase I had a pack of express nurofen pain killers and a redbull energy drink. I got Id' for the redbull and because I didn't have it I got refused it. I'm 35 years old and ok I don't look it and he thought I look under 25 so thank you I guess ill take that as a compliment. But what baffles me is he sold me a pack of nurofen tablets which has the same age restriction and policy as the redbull. So he sold me something I could easily OD on but won't let me have an energy drink. Am I missing something here. How bizarre l. I wasn't under age but I could of been yet was still allowed pain killers which are way worse than a redbull.

   I just gone this place for fuel and for the coffee but when we reached there coffee machine is not working properly then suddenly a one indian girl came from back then she shout on my mate who is regular there she said why you looking like that then she added control your eyes in that we don’t even look at her and we don’t even talk to her anytime we go there so please guys take care they just blame you for nothing I don’t like it

   What a poor place to buy fuel. i went to fuel my car up today as i was working in Leicester, After 4 attempts at taking my company fuel card, i was told their machine wasn't working. I then had to fill out a "No means to pay form" and felt like a criminal. The amount of money i spend with Tesco, and particularly with Tesco Express, I would have expected better. i was advised to apply for a new fuel card, even though mine is in date and works perfectly well. This added fuel to the fire, so to speak, as i now have to return and pay within 7 days. How would a new card be produced and sent within this time frame? I will be writing to Tesco head office as well to let them know my frustrations. Needless to say, going forward, I won't be visiting this store for fuel or anything else. Rubbish!!

   I always use this tesco for petrol and other things. However the women Shelly or whatever her name is shouldn’t work writhing customer service. Racist rude and not helpful. Every time she’s there i feel like am not welcome there. Once I asked to change 2 50p’s for £1 coin as I needed it for trolley and she started asking me questions saying out loud that I use tesco to spend money somewhere else like firstly you get an hourly wage so that should concern you. Secondly I use tesco as often but the one time i wanted to only change the money she was being rude and talking to me down like am a kid in a classroom. The rest of the team is nice and welcoming.

   Just put some diesel in my car. Price on the big sign reads 117.9, price on pump is 118.9. When I pointed it out to the staff inside all they said was "it couldn't have changed last time the price went up, sorry". No offer of refunding the difference & they didn't seem bothered about changing the sign until I asked them if they were going to. Thought the price should be as advertised. Not what I expected from Tesco, disappointed !!!
