   Unfriendly staff and over priced products I was looking for a 'Chukker' for my dog's tennis ball and thought I would 'shop local'. On entering your shop, the lady behind the counter didn't even look up from her crocheting to 'engage with a customer'. She continued with this unfriendly attitude the whole time I was in the shop - being a customer. Even though I thought the 'Chukka' was expensive, I still purchased it to support the local economy but it seemed to me that the member of staff's attitude towards me was that I was an inconvenience. The 'Chukka' does not chuck effectively - so was a waste of money & the experience of using your shop was bordering on embarrassing (for me) as the staff member was so unfriendly. I WILL NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN and will not patronise your shop again in the future.

   Absolutely fantastic boutique. I love it!! It has everything you need for your pet. The staff help you try coats and harnesses on your dog to get the best fit. Knowledgeable about food products and great advice.
