Great experience here this morning. Got there early Saturday when it was quiet. Rob was happy to show me samples and talk about products. Provided a very competitive quote on facia boards and guttering. Will be sure to visit again.
Customer service is shocking, worst I've come across in 10 years of trading. Been waiting for a call so I can confirm the order has been placed, haven't heard anything yet. I've tried about 10 time each day since Monday to get hold of them and still nothing. I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN! AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE!!!!!! Absolutely poor
Shocking. Been waiting over 8 weeks for a blinds in glass unit. Job ordered and paid for up front over 3 months ago. I've had a customer boarded up on a main door. Absolute shambles. Phil was a waste of space. I feel for Marco but still to this day I'm not getting any proper answers or guarantees on when the products that I have paid for are getting sorted. Joke

I have recently come over from another supplier. Eurocell products are good quality and the prices are reasonable. I pick most of my goods up from the depot, but on occassion when I have had deliveries they have been quick and without hassle. Decent supplier, and the guys in the depot are very helpful, despite being very busy. The only small negative I found is that the depot can be so busy, its easier to go in or email through orders.
