Made an appointment for a home kitchen design appointment on 14th November at 5.45pm. Nobody bothered to turn up at the assigned time, I called to check and nobody answered the phone. From looking at other poor reviews from this store it’s apparent that others have also found the design process to be poor. Seems that I’ve dodged a bullet thankfully!
Large shop plenty of tools and equipment. Staff friendly and helpful, especially when you don’t don’t the difference between screws.
Superb customer service this morning when I went to buy some tiles in Wickes in Newport. Nothing was too much trouble for James and it made a rather tedious task, a real pleasure. He was efficient and pleasant, knew the stock, wheeled my trolley around and I shall definitely go to Wickes from now on. Thank you very much.
Only three stars as only a few staff working so can be a wait to be served but otherwise helpful staff and well stocked
Most everything you need for building or garden projects. The staff are really friendly, most days! They offer a trade discount unlike other DIY stores. They have a variety of kitchen and bathroom sets as well as a range of laminate flooring. Paint to plaster, wood to work tools plus order online to click and collect. They usually have a good price on Bark and Gravels

Very disappointed asked for prices on bathroom displays and told they had no prices on any items. Only that it may cost between 3 and 5 thousand. Had no answers so left.
Come here all the time, get alot of building materials here, competively priced with other DIY places, staff are great, never used there delivery service though
Good selection wood going up to 3m, excellent staff and a good range of stock that's easy to find.
