   I visited Quadrant Pet Supplies and was really impressed. The shop is well-stocked with everything you could need for pets — from food and treats to toys and accessories. I liked how well-organized the store is, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, offering advice and recommendations which was really helpful. Prices are fair, and it’s clear they care about both pets and customers. A great local pet shop that I’ll definitely be coming back to. Highly recommend!

   Popped in a couple of weeks ago for some gastro food as my dog had an upset stomach for a couple of weeks. They were so helpful and recommended an extra probiotic which sorted my pup out. I'm so grateful and relieved he is finally better. Really highly recommend this place, staff are very helpful and kind.

   We have been using this shop for years our Border Collie was diagnosed with diabetes earlier this year and needs metabolic dog food. The staff here are great and order it for us and it is always there when we need it. Excellent service, very friendly knowledgeable staff. We cannot praise them enough.

   Still reeling from the manner in which I was just spoken to. Asked for a refund of an item I'd changed my mind on, and was told they weren't required by law to offer me one. This is absolutely fine and reasonable, and something I have no issue with. I was still offered a credit note so you'd think no harm done, right? However, the way in which this information was delivered to me was hugely impolite, patronising and essentially, hostile! I was blown away by this as my manner asking the question: 'would it be possible to obtain a refund as I've changed my mind regarding the suitability of this product', was nothing but polite (and what I thought was a reasonable question to ask...) But it was responded to as if I'd just asked them to give up their vital organs. I don't know if the owner was having a bad day, or if they just didn't like me or my question, but being spoken to like that has left me feeling stung - I've spent a lot of money with the shop and don't feel comfortable returning now. It's a huge shame as there are some wonderful and knowledgeable staff but today's experience has essentially completely undone my previous views. I like to support local businesses, but unfortunately, I can't support this one moving forward as I wouldn't feel comfortable stepping foot in there again.

   Classic pet supplies shop with lovely staff and low prices. Great to have a local, independent retailer and every visit is a pleasure. Well-behaved dogs are allowed to come in too! Easter weekend update: Here's a good indication of what a lovely place this is. My dog dragged me there earlier today (friday) only to find it shut, as it's a bank holiday. I have rarely seen a dog so disappointed. I had to stand there for over 5 minutes while she dealt with it. Passers by were worried and helped console her. It was pretty pathetic.
