Definitely one of the cleaner, friendlier, aesthetically pleasing co-ops I've been to. Very warm and welcoming. Don't feel anxious here whatsoever

10 stars if I could, not only for the way the shop is kept but mainly for the lovely man who is often there most mornings (may be manager? But unsure). I don’t go in every day but on the days I do, he is so pleasant and greets me as soon as I walk in, very cheerful ‘good morning’, and I’ve seen him to it to everyone that comes in every time. He is a true asset to the team and it really does make a difference to your day, deserves all the credit .
Good supermarket with a good selection of good quality food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Car park available with an entrance into the Co-operative and a good coffee shop at the front.
Good shop, with good prices. Love the orange juice machine and other little gimicks like that. Buying energy drinks like a monster is so easy, far superior to other shops like Onestop.
Handy place for picking up this n that, but won't visit the cafe again. Coffee OK, staff friendly, but the it's colder in there than it is outside!
Lovely smallish Co op, nice and clean. Very helpful staff especially Ann and Jean.
If I could rate this minus 5 star I would.. There are many reasons why: You can guarantee, without fail that you will wait in a queue for at least 5-10 minutes whilst one member of staff serves & other staff members stand around talking to one another, either brazenly face-to-face or via their headsets; often times in a derogatory manner about previous customers that have been in store or with other customers that were served 5 minutes previously & you are left waiting feeling as though you are actually invisible - there is customer service & doing your job. The staff are new most weeks, they are clearly not trained, they have absolutely no initiative between them (stacking shelves when there are ten plus customers waiting to be served), they cannot adequately use the technology in their store (for package collection/ return, for lottery ticket machines, to work out the correct change you need from the til - no exaggeration) & they are ill managed, if that managed at all. There is zero convenience in this store whatsoever, it is a last resort for my family to collect items we need, it's a running joke in our household - we go to Sainsbury's, Tesco or Waitrose where the prices tend to be far more reasonable & choice of a wider variety. God only knows how diabolical this store will further become when the 'cafe' eventually opens, save your time spent waiting to buy your expesive shopping & your monies.
Small local supermarket w8ith a good selection of stock of staple items. Particullar liked the speciality freezer food, bit more expensive than standard but different choice was excellent. Cheerfully staff. Easy parking.
