Didn't show up, can't get in touch with the restaurant for a refund because they don't answer any of their phone lines. Absolute rip off merchants....would be keen for the owner to get in touch with me directly to resolve my issue

After a few hiccups, I was able to contact the company and resolve my issue. They were very polite and apologetic and rectified the problem immediately, they even sent out my item after the refund as a gesture of goodwill. As a result of my contact with them, I am now happy to recommend them as reputable.
