   Very bad experience here yesterday evening, I have been using a picture of my nectar card rather than clogging up my wallet with all these cards, nobody has said a word about it over multiple visits but yesterday the lady at the checkout and then the manager both refused to let me use it, no warning given and no discretion used, just full refusal. So rather than pay full price (non nectar prices) for my shopping I decided to abandon it at the checkout. Total waste of my time, the staffs time in putting all my shopping back on the shelf and significant feel bad received from the brand. Won't be shopping at Sainsbury's again. How stupid to lose customers over something as inconsequential as this. Even more ridiculous when you consider they have zero control over this on the self checkouts! So be warned shoppers of Sainsbury's, you better have the app or a physical card if you go through a staffed checkout.

   Mostly a very good store.At Christmas it's reasonably busy and the location of certain items is not always evident. The thing that gets my goat is the Smart Shop facility. I use it because there are never enough check outs open and those that are have long queues. The Smart shop has recently changed to more customer participation and it really doesn't work. Don't choose print at home for the receipt, I did once it was 5 pages of A4. I obviously look like a shop lifter because nearly each time I shop I have to have a check.

   Massive selection of products, broadly helpful staff, store is easy to access on foot or by car. There is a bus stop adjacent also. Having Argos and other concessions in-store is very convenient. The store seems to attract a higher class of customer, not sure I fit in here, but it doesn't put me off. Prices are not the lowest.

   I dont understand why this shop is being kept at extremely low temperatures with cool air blasting all over the place... its October and it was warmer outside that inside... I was completely frozen after grabbing just a few things and I find that this is usually the case there. I dont enjoy shopping at this Sainsbury's as it is not a good experience.

   Our favourite local supermarket for a weekly grocery shopping. They have a generous parking with plenty of parent and child spaces available. The store is always clean and well-stocked. They have also a large clothing section and Argos at the back.

   Superb store consists of all Sainsbury's sub brands like Argos, Habitat. Cash machine, petrol pump, and restaurant are available. Very huge grocery stock.

   It was the most Amazing experience ever. Helpful staff, free warmth and as much food as you could fit in your shopping trolly. What more can I say. Just sorry my kids couldn't enjoy the whole shopping experience.

   Good range of items quite spacious not as big or it seamed, as some but that is sometimes a good thing. Spent a good few hours there as a cafe in store . Staff were one extreme to another one lady could not have cared less I was there carried on chatting to college but another couple of gentle men were so amazing helpful above and beyond and the pharmacy dept gentleman there went completely out of his way to help .. wish all public relations people were so committed to their work. 10 stars for them .. I was not local so poss wont go again but would if nearer
