   Having worked as cabin crew BA for 20 years I’m very aware of customer service I received the most unhelpful rude assistance today I wanted to buy an air freshener for the home as I have a smelly old Rottweiler…. I spend a fortune on her …. Shame on you … try better next time … also your version of events is incorrect we didn’t discuss air fresheners you answered one question and I asked if I could smell one as it had no lid and looked like a tester and obviously if everyone sprayed it would be empty…. The shop was empty I wonder why ….

   Been visiting Dogs Deli for years now with a dog I regularly dog sit and the owner is always so welcoming and helpful, he remembers the dog each time and even knows his fav treats. There is a huge variety of treats, toys and everything you could need so defiantly worth a visit if you have a dog. It’s Apollos fave shop and he always drags me straight to the door, we wouldn’t go anywhere else

   Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend and don’t plan on returning, having been looking forward to visiting this shop from the upcoming months of seeing it advertised, my first visit I walked in with my dog, he had an accident which was no bigger than a penny sized wee, and the shop owner was very unwelcoming and very unadaptive to circumstances. I needed to throw away the blue roll after I cleaned and he said “no you have to throw it outside I don’t want you making my bins smell” having said that again it was no bigger than a penny sized wee and was due to excitement from my pup, I purchased the non damaged bag of food that he was near and the shop person was still unwelcoming and lacked courtesy…. I get it was down to me but being a dog focused shop I would’ve expected more empathy and understanding considering sweaty Betty down the road was a lot more welcoming to my dog!!! As I conveniently cant reply to your response, i would like to add again, the cleaning up after my dog was not an issue hence stated and I had even said to you in the shop can I have something to clear it up with please, however when i joked about needing more food i received a blunt response so your reply clearly is untrue to protect your reputation isn’t it…

   The best dog's place ever! We love going there for great advice, lovely products and a very warm welcome for our dog! There is pretty much everything you need for your dog in there, plus quite a few things I didn't know I needed before but have become very popular. Definitely worth popping into when in the area, or making a trip to like we do regularly!

   Absolutely love this shop, the owner is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with all the products available in shop. The new diet he advised for my 6 month old puppy has transformed his toilet habits and his coat is so much healthier. Definitely worth a visit - not to mention there is an amazing selection of natural treats!
