I called here to source some alternative food for my older dog as he seems to be having an adverse effect to his current food which is chicken based. Whilst looking for alternatives I was approached by a lovely young lady called Morgan. I explained my problem and she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable she explained the different types of food and their benefits and manufacturers. Not only was Morgan knowledgeable she was very friendly polite and courteous. I opted for a trial pack of insect based food which has numerous benefits. It was an absolute pleasure shopping here. When I arrived the door was opened for me by another member of staff. I will certainly return.
We love coming here with our Pup Poppy and have been since she was 8 weeks old . Sophie and Lorna are just fantastic, so knowledgeable and Poppy loves to see them . Great products and fantastic staff !

We took our young pup to puppy socialising sessions at Pets Corner on Saturday mornings and it was a great experience for Flynn. The staff were great and gave good advice. The shop is full of high quality products. We will be shopping here from now on.

We visited this store today somewhat overwhelmed about the prospect of getting our puppy cockapoo in 2 weeks time. We really were unsure where to start. We were pleasantly greeted as we entered and found the staff to be not only incredibly knowledgeable but so enthusiastic about what they do. They put our minds at rest and gave us some sound and excellent advice and recommendations for things to buy to help us make our puppy feel right at home when she arrives. The service and passion for what they do did not go un-noticed and we are certainly going to be going there a lot more as we adapt to life with our pet. Becca, Carla and Emilia are just amazing young ladies and we couldn't have wished for a better experience in their store. We whole heartedly recommend visiting the store for anything you need for your pet. We'll be going back for sure. Thank you
This is my local store, I frequently visit and purchase stuff for my puppy, I find the staff so friendly and helpful. My puppy gets so excited when we go there he loves the staff so much as they fuss and give him so much attention ! They have been helpful with fitting a winter coat and we found the Perfect fit ! He is such a handsome boy in it as well as warm and dry! They are currently supporting me with changing food for him .... great team !
Pets Corner in West Horsley is perfect for all our puppies needs. A superb range of products and super helpful and informative staff who are always happy to assist. Puppy Play on a Saturday morning is fantastic and our puppy love it!
