Love this store, they must see so many pets but always seem to know each one by name. If you have a puppy can't recommended puppy hour for socialisation enough.
Firstly, I was 5 minutes before closing and the security man was so friendly, courteous and welcoming. Not too much trouble to let me in. The young lady that served me was open to helping and sort toys for a boisterous pup. I would like to say that some staff need more product knowledge. Whilst I spent £71 for 4 toys - the one was shredded in 10 minutes and I gave fair warning to the destructive behaviour of a frustrated pup when home alone. Otherwise, a lovely team in that corner.
I'm so glad I came across this store whilst visiting Dorking. Loads of choice for all types of pets.. Impressed with natural/raw option foods and treats too! Beautiful quality pet toys. The staff are Brilliant a real credit to the business; really friendly as well as knowledgeable about products and pet care Customer service is on point 100% Thank you soooo much ladies
I tried the groomers, Dogwood, for the first time and they were wonderful, my boys looked gorgeous! Thank you! I was appalled however that after spending almost £100 I received a parking ticket for £30 for parking too long.
A fantastic pet shop! A great selection of good quality healthy products. The staff are really knowledgeable with regards to nutrition and the products they sell. A really good place to go, even if you just need some advice. They also now have a Dogwood Grooming Spa which is great. All pets welcome, and free treats.
Popped in to Pets Corner, Dorking on Tuesday 14th Nov and was served by Casey. She was super helpful, efficient and friendly. She talked me through all the options for suitable toys for my border terrier Sadie and I left with 'Oli' the Octopus and a fantastic tug-toy. Excellent service and I wasn't the only one impressed as Sadie gave her five *****'s for giving her a delicious treat and a cuddle! Two very happy customers!
Fantastic store and the staff go above and beyond- I’ve been using them for my cats food and litter since my family moved back to Dorking. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and genuinely love what they do. I took my cat In with me once to pick up food and he was fussed over constantly. I usually go in store but due to isolating this week I did an online order. Sadly however the delivery company does not meet the standards of the store and didn’t attempt to deliver it to my address when they said they had. After contacting the company via the website the admin staff very kindly arranged with the store without a prompt from me to personally deliver a new order to my door later that day. Not only this but Sophie let us know that if i needed anything else for my cat before we left isolation that we could contact them and it would be brought down by the staff no questions asked. Thank you to everyone at Pets Corner Dorking- my cat is very happy to have enough food and fresh litter thanks to your kindness.
