   Cannot recommend this store enough. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and conversational The puppy hour on Saturdays are a great time to meet other owners, and stock up with the 10% discount that subsidises the otherwise quite high prices, but considering this shop is practically the pet equivalent of Waitrose/m&s, you know you're getting the best of the best for your money. Will thoroughly recommend pets corner over pets at home to anyone and everyone

   I have shopped here for years and always found the staff helpful and caring. My dog had a puppy pamper session at the groomers and I was very impressed with how well they managed him. I attended the puppy hour today and it was very enjoyable for both me and my dog.

   Absolutely amazing service from this store and head office. They located the only ball my boy will play with (it's discontinued) and delivered to be for no extra charge. The Manager went above and beyond and I am thrilled. I have one very happy boy (happier when the cone of shame is removed). Absolutely recommend this store.
