   Bought 6 ember tetras here about a month ago. Despite it being nearly closing time, the staff were ever so helpful and friendly. They also showed genuine care for the fishes - they ensured that I had a fully matured fish tank of reasonable size and setting. They also gave me recommendations on where I could get good Indian Almond Leaves to manage the pH. I also saw them reject an inexperienced customer who wanted to keep fishes in a fish bowl (the fish will likely suffer), and for that, I highly respect them. The ember tetras are doing well - sorry for the algae-stained glass in the very bad picture!

   My dogs bath and groom are well done! Not sure if nail cutting include trimming the fur on paws as I hope it does. And so sorry I believe one of my dog keep barking when saw me and she annoyed one of the staff beside her hahaha.. thanks the team anyways will definitely come again :)

   Lovely store with lovely people. Only thing which is not allowing me to leave 5 stars is assortment. On multiple occasions things I wanted to buy were out of stock or choice wasn’t satisfying enough. You can find basics but if your pet is fussy and need just certain type of food it’s safer to get it online. I wish stationery store had bigger selection and offer more form online catalogue

   Had a frustrating experience today. Went in to see 4 or 5 staff stood chatting. I asked if pets at home did any humane traps. Was scoffed at and told 'this is a pet shop' and 'thats the opposite of what we sell'. Im trying to catch my escaped ferret. Instead of a group of young workers being sarcastic and narky maybe get some proper training in. I just walked out and with 3 cats a dog and 9 ferrets was a loyal enough customer til now. The shops over priced and suprisingly badly stocled for the size of the place. Im not going back there.

   This review is for The Groom Room to make sure everyone will see… The grooming was good, I’m happy with the way my dog looks except the way he was treated. Stuart did not handle my dog with any care and manhandled him even when he was visibly scared of him due to his mistreatment. I spoke to Stuart about the way I saw my dog treated and was met with unacceptable attitude and wouldn’t apologise. I requested Sophie specifically as she was so caring around my dog previously however was given Stuart unbeknown to me. Please be aware of your animals when booking your appointment! Don’t want any other dog to be treated the same way mine was! Disgusting!

   This is a great Pets at Home, we brought our miniature dachshund puppy in and the staff were super knowledgable with tips & tricks for him. They were also super happy to see him, and the vets4pets branch were also amazing in store. Really clean / big store with lots of stock. We will of course return for more toys & puppy buys
