   I strongly recommend Kinherit for several reasons. First, my advisor, Dan Harris, spent several Zoom sessions laying out options and helping me write up my will and trust. Near the end of the process, I still had some questions, so he did not hesitate to set up another call. Second, I decided to set up a trust as well as a will to protect the interests of my beneficiaries. I thought trusts were only for quite wealthy people and beyond my means. However, the cost of setting up a trust was reasonable, especially given that it offers so much more protection, clarity, and practical procedural direction after one passes away. I feel much more at ease now than I did with the will I made out several years ago. Another advantage of opting for Kinherit is that they have a storage system of information that will most certainly help beneficiaries and trustees manage my estate after I pass away. This should make probate simpler and help those close to me to contact my friends and other associates to let them know of my passing.

   I was referred to Kinherit Ltd by my financial advisor, and I have to say they made the whole process of writing my will and completing my Power of Attorney for both finances and health incredibly easy. My husband and I simply completed the forms and returned them to Kinherit. If anything else was needed, they promptly got in touch to let us know, and we sent the additional information. It was all very straightforward. We also have a Vault that Kinherit looks after — it’s amazing how much you can store in it. It gives real peace of mind knowing everything important is securely organised and accessible. I would definitely recommend this company.
