Very convenient to myself which is a bonus as local parking is a nightmare. Typical products available that cover most household needs and self-service is available as staff are always busy within store during my visits. Self-service does allow me a quick turnaround time when busy.

Vast fresh veg and fruit selection, reasonably priced for a convenience store!!!

Awful experience here, went to use the self checkout and the card machine wasn’t working so I used the one next to it and paid. Got in my car, went to leave and the guy from behind the counter came running out to my car accusing me of not paying and insisted I come back into the shop. I showed him three times that the transaction had gone through as the money had come out of my bank account. He insisted that I had to pay again and was getting very aggressive and rude with me. Eventually another member of staff intervened and checked the machine and confirmed I had paid. I’m not sure why this wasn’t the first thing they checked before accusing me of not paying. I am extremely upset and embarrassed by the level of customer service I received. When I explained this to them they told me they didn’t care what I had to say and told me to leave. 0/10 for customer service, will not be returning.

I don’t like going into this store at all because of one employee she always follows me and my friends around the store not leaving us alone. whenever i looked at something to look at the ingredients she asks if I’m going to buy that which is a dumb question because why would i touch anything when I have no interest in buying it. this lady is also very impolite and talks to me and my friend as if were thieves or something and she is very rude and makes me feel uncomfortable when I’m just trying to shop for some food which is genuinely disappointing Because I did not expect to be treated like that in my local store.

Always a good shop to pop in to get what I need. Prices are a a bit high but there’s stuff on sale and markdowns. Parking is a pain but overall, it’s a convenient shop.

Just shopped for tabacco, mik, paid in cash and girl seen i had given her £60 instead of 2 x £20. My partner did have her heart stop in store in Feb. Staff looked after her and called Ambo. Credit to the staff. Cheers.

I have never come across such rude staff!! Not one smile between them and no interest in work/helping customers. Que always massive and only ever one person serving. Only shop here when it's a must

The co-operative shop has a wide selection of own branded and Well known branded Products. The car park outside is very hectic at times with people blocking you in. The co-op Shop Normally only has one cashier to serve 8-9 people while other staff are seen restocking food. This could result in a long wait time for most. The goods there are Reasonably Priced and are split up into sections around the shop for easy, quick shopping. Own-Branded food is Good, while they still stock well known brands like A mars bar or Ben And Jerry's Ice cream. It also Has a cashpoint/ATM for people to withdraw money at. Is a good store but needs more staff to work as cashiers.

Went in on Sunday 19th, one cashier, 3 people in the que, another staff member looking at the wine. The que quickly turned into about 8-9 people, the lady counting wine with blonde hair started to walk to the rear of the shop, the cashier asked for help via the loud speaker , no one came , I was the last person in the que when the lady with blonde hair reappeared to count the spirits behind the till. At this point the cashier didn't need any help. Just thought it was bad customer service by the lady with blonde hair who could see that they were busy but chose to ignore it and customers to continue with counting stock. Customers should always come first. Bad team player in my book.
