Absolutely disgusted, never have millworms in stock. When they do, they have them they are full of bugs, only last a day or two. The black things in the photos are bugs, they should not be in there at all !
Highly recommend the grooming services. Keira is incredible at her job and you feel so at ease leaving your pup at the spa, knowing they are in good hands! Happy customer Rupert is going to miss Woofs a Daisy spa! Thank you for taking such good care of him!
Josy had a lovely first time at The Spa with the groomer and despite her nervous self, she was able to be cleaned by Keira. The doggo bagged herself a chicken donut after. Friendly staff.

Such a great little independent shop Jane and Lily always friendly and helpful, will order in anything if itβs not in stock and deliver to home. Prices very competitive with Amazon, so much happier to support local!
I really REALLY wanted to give this place 5 stars, to support my local independent pet shop...BUT... on both occasions I have been in, the assistant was not at all "engaging", didn't appear to be massively knowledgeable, and almost quite dismissive of my questions, which, coming from a position of no knowledge at all of current "treats" and dog food, were questions that needed answering accurately. In fact they even gave me incorrect information, saying the chews I purchased were suitable for puppies under 4 months... which they weren't! Other people I have discussed this shop with no longer go there because they say the staff are rude, with an air of "superiority". Such a shame!
Avoid!! Ordered the raw food for my dog from this company to be delivered within 3-5 working days . The food never arrived. Contacted the company several times for a refund . Initially, the company took my bank details to make the payment but the money never arrived in my bank account ! Terrible experience . Luckily, I paid via PayPal who refunded the payment after sending them the proof of contact with the company . Never again!!!
Always a 5 star service from these lovely girls. Moving to a different end of London so going to miss this place. Highly recommend for pet sitting and more.
Do not use their cat sitting service. I was due a visit for them to meet the cats but without warning, nobody turned up. When I contacted them, I was told that they were no longer available on the dates I was away, but they hadn't bothered to tell me and this was just 5 days before I was due to go away. Barely any apology, as if this was just a normal way to treat someone who was going to give them hundreds of pounds worth of business. In reply to the owners reply...you only emailed me to barely apologise after I had been sat in waiting for you to visit and then contacted you to ask where you were. Had I not contacted you first, I'd never have heard from you. You're unreliable, there is no denying or covering it up.
