   0‑Star Review I came to Morrisons for an Uber Eats collection and was told to wait. More than 30 minutes later, I was still standing there with no update, no urgency, and no communication from staff. This isn’t a one‑off. On previous visits I’ve been told they’re not picking Uber orders because they’re prioritising other platforms. As a driver, my time directly affects my earnings. These delays don’t just impact me — customers are waiting over an hour for their items to be delivered, which reflects badly on everyone involved. A message to management: if you’re not going to fulfil Uber orders promptly, stop accepting them. Don’t leave drivers stuck here wasting time while other platforms are prioritised. Consistently disappointing experience.

   I had an order to uber and I kindly ask the lady named Tami ( African Women) if she can tell if the order s ready , but he shout to me and one other guy , that to go in line and she don't care if we are not in line , All that just for a simple question.. Really disappointed of the staff...

   Had me waitting over 20mins to collect my TGTG bags 1 groceries and 1 bakery. In which in this time they had served customers there's bags even though they came in after I did, all this to receive 2 bags full of nothing but bread and a pack of oranges that was gone off. Just a great reminder why I had stopped going to this morrinsons in holbrooks as this had happened to me numerous of time in the past

   Good store with plenty of free parking. ANPR system, so maximum free stay is 90 minutes as not far from CBS Arena. Sandwiches near entrance for those wanting a quick lunch visit. Fresh fish, meat, cheese, and hot food counters. 3 for 2 on vitamins, minerals, and omega/cod oils. 5 star rating as the items I bought at special prices do not require a membership card. For example: Lynx body sprays were £2.65, down from £4, and if I'd bought them at Tesco, they would be £5.50 unless I had a clubcard. Thank you, Morrisons, for NOT extorting customers data. The served checkout was quick, though it was a Sunday morning, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hot food counter checked and showed me the ingredients to ensure no MILK content. Respecting people's allergies is very important to many of us, thank you.

   Good location free parking, trolleys charge to use. Reasonably priced, have a hot food and deli counter bakery and frozen section. Smaller Morrisons then others but it’s ok if you need day to day bits, open hours are good as well open until 10pm apart from Sunday which is 4pm. Self service check outs are available.

   Miserable place. Miserable staff. Delapidated self service checkouts. I witnessed one going out of order and the apathetic staff members on duty totally blanked bewildered customers and ignored it. I also saw an elderly woman being told the cash self service was out of order and directed her to an enormous queue at the cigarettes counter. No empathy. Miserable place. Miserable staff. Avoid.

   Love Morriston there food is always presented good it's always fresh ut like most super markets best before dates like I got a bread today it said best before the 24 should have been reduced if it says use by the 24 then it's fine next day it can be reduced in the 80s I did this for a job what's changed can anybody tell me have the laws changed .

   Morrison's like most supermarkets are just putting the price up on items every week regardless of inflation. Eg: Buy an item on Monday by Thursday the same item has increased by a pound or more.
