   My partner and I wanted to return once more before the end of our travel but the experience was disappointing. Ordered an omelette with chips but came salad instead. Ordered a standard morning Breakfast but there were only a few pieces of items on the plate. Made me wonder how small would their mini breakfast be. I then checked the menu to find out there should be hash browns, meaning 2 or more right? They came back and said the ‘s’ was a typo, it should be a singular hash brown, not two. Fine. Then I checked the toast and the mushrooms are missing as well! When checked with them politely again, they said because I asked to change fried egg to scramble egg, that’s why they took away my mushrooms! If I had known, I would not have ordered scrambled egg, right? This is basic communication you need with your customers to let them choose. The server said she would ask the chef again. When she came back this time, she said actually the fact is that they ran out of mushrooms so now they are going to give me a little piece of toast to make up for it (and handed me an extra toast). First, this is a downgrade from mushrooms. I wanted mushrooms, not an extra piece of toasted bread. Secondly, you should have discussed with me first before bringing me an extra toast, it’s like forcing me to accept it. It was a horrible experience. After this, I would never return again even when I visit the area again, and I would not recommend anyone to this place anymore. It is stressful trying to get a decent lunch there, not to mention food was so so only (the food used to be good when the owner was around the last few times we came). Just a let down.

   A little gem in Nuneaton. We were looking for a quick drink and bite before heading home. Found The Cafe Lounge and was delighted to have friendly staff, reasonably priced food and quick service. Food was lovely. We will return next time in Nuneaton. Highly recommend.

   A large spacious open cafe, well presented and clean. The food was decent and well cooked at a reasonable price. The coffee was excellent and a large selection of cakes to choose from. The staff were very nice and quiet helpful.

   It was absolutely disgusting there was no butter on the jacket potato. The tuna was more mayonnaise than tuna. The jumbo breakfast was even worse the sausages were cheep n horrible the bacon was over cooked the eggs were over cooked the fried bread was like it had been cooked and then reheated n then to top it all off I found a long hair on my egg (it couldn't be mine as iv got no hair) I would never go there again even if I was starving and it was free worst food iv ever eaten what a joke
