As Costa's go, this visit was actually alright, friendly staff, cleaned tables, coffee was hot, the basics of a good visit and often for this brand, something they get wrong regularly at other stores (Lutterworth for example), but well done to the team at The Crescent, you're doing a great job if delivering the expectations.
I normally enjoy visiting Costa at The Crescent in Hinckley, but this visit left me feeling uneasy. A man came in, used the toilet, and then sat with his feet up on the bench seating without buying anything. His behaviour made us feel uncomfortable enough to move to the other side of the shop. While I appreciate that staff can’t monitor everything, I hope more attention can be given to maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment for all customers. It’s a shame, as the team here are usually great.
Not a coffee drinker I don't feel I qualify to judge Costa Coffee only to say their outlets are everywhere. Like there rivals. Google is so sensitive walking past Costa Coffee brought about my comments. Not a visit.
Typical Costa really (and typical of most coffee shops). Coffee is good, as is the food, but sometimes the queue / wait is just too long. It always amazes me how slow a coffee shop is to serve coffee! Handy to pop in before a trip to the cinema though or whilst shopping. Plenty of seating space and it is nice not to be made to wait while drive through customers get the priority (as there isn't one!).
Lovely coffee shop, honestly not the quickest coffee but I've always had great service here.

Was a little manic and only 2 staff working which meant long queues and wait times. Errors being made possibly due to only being 2 people working as it was packed. Other than that staff lovely and coffee was good.
Food to expensive, service so slow, no interaction with customers, miserable staff, not worth it
