the service was great - polite staff and fast experience. shop offers good range of food, drink and everyday items. will be coming back and do recommend !!
There is so much miscommunication between post office and store Branch. I went to this branch after 5:30pm to deposit £40 in coins and they were counted and in plastic bag accordingly but staff person name Dev on counter refuse to accept and said coins are not acceptable after 5:30pm I asked him why he stated it was made by post office don't accept coins after 5 pm . Next day I went to same branch but to post office reception area I confirm this with actual post office staff and she said they are liable to accept this and cannot refuse you. I than spoke to that guy Dev and explained just your miscommunication I delayed my bill he still insisted coins not acceptable I told him if it is the rule of post office than display on counter but if it is not rule of post office than you cannot deny customer he said we are following our managers order I said you are working under the post office as a subcontractor so you cannot make your own rules the lady who were working beside him she agreed with me but this Dev was rude & ill manners. Not a single time he said Sorry ! because of him I paid my bill with extra amount. I hope this message reads by Vaishali store Manager

Be aware this store sells out of date items ! I purchased peach of 4 hobgoblin cans and discovered they were more than 4 months pit of date, I returned and offered to allow them to be changed where the teller attempted charge me extra !!!! ( for being in date I expect ) this is illegal activity and has been reported please all beware
Freezing cold shop Bonus in the summer. Nightmare in the winter.
Just a store with a post office, only went in there to buy lotto ticket. The shop sells most grocery items but slightly more priced than the local shops based on jubilee crescent. They have other stores like tescos and asda within walking distance plus other local convenience stores.
New owners showing true colours always used Select and Save for my cigarettes putting 65p on a packet is a bit steep just shows new owner doesn’t care about the reputation the shop had and the custom he will lose
Very slow service at the post office part of the store. Two staff members behind the counter but only one serving theres no urgency to clear the ten customers waiting in the que. Shocking approach to customer service.
