I like this shop, local kids love it, staff are always lovely have good banter with the young lad and new owner also seems very nice.
Lady behind the counter is pretty rude, is always grumpy about getting parcels (why have a parcel service if you don’t want to do it??!). Last time I went to collect a parcel there was a different person behind the till who told me I’d have to come back later as the only person who knew how to operate the postage machine wasn’t there. I don’t get my parcels shipped there anymore, have found a different shop where the staff are much friendlier.
Just been to pick up a parcel that I got a text saying it was ready to pick up. The lady told me it wasn’t there she didn’t even bother to look. I asked her again to look and she said there is no point it’s not here. I’m sure it was as there were lots of parcel on the shelf which she claimed wasn’t mine even though she wouldn’t look. She was so rude and unhelpful I asked to leave my number for her to call if it turns up and she looked at me as if she’s never heard of a phone.
The women that work in this shop are amongst the rudest, most ignorant people I’ve come across! Too interested in talking to other people whilst serving. Asking a simple question is too much for them to answer, everything seems an inconvenience! Customer service training needed asap- or just some common courtesy. There are 2 men that work in the shop and they are always polite and helpful.
The staff are as helpful as tooth ache.

Really good loads of stuff on offer there is a really easy to use Evri machine and really nice people there
Moderate selection of items with a mix of big and small brands available. Chilled selection of food and drink available as well as items behind the counter. No accessible entrance for disabled customers or those with pushchairs. Staff in my experience have been present enough and attentive.
Grumpy elderly lady behind the counter. She got upset that she had to put the phone down to serve I didn't have the ID for the collection and as soon as I left she started talking to the next customer about me. I could hear them both, I felt very uncomfortable.
