   Living above this shop has been an ongoing nightmare since February. The shop owner—rude, dismissive, and utterly inconsiderate—has installed cheap second hand fridges that not only vibrate through the floors at all hours of the night, not only the fans goes off every10 to 15 minutes and the decibel hit from 86 to 110db - Noise measurements taken at the residential property indicated levels between 86 and 110 decibels (dB), exceeding typical residential background noise thresholds - but also appear to leak freon, posing serious concerns for both physical and mental health. Despite repeated requests from tenants, the letting agents, and even the landlord, and the council, the shop owner refuses to address the problem. Instead, he continues his disruptive behaviour with no regard for the community he shares this space with. Co-existing with this level of noise, negligence, and disregard is unbearable. It’s disgraceful that nothing has yet been done, and frankly, it's going to take someone with real backbone to finally step in and put an end to this mess. The shop owner originally introduced himself as both owner and manager. Since February 2025, he has made derogatory comments about the complaints to the letting agency. When asked who owns the premises and is responsible for repairs, he avoided the question—first claiming not to speak English, then joking that he’s just the manager. I have since identified and contacted the parent company behind the Booze Bargain brand myself, but have received no response.

   Harassed after walking past on public pathway, did absolutely nothing wrong and two female came out of the shop shouting and swearing towards me they said “come past again and I will floor you onto the pathway”. Absolutely disgusted by the im professionalism. Would leave 0 stars if possible AVOID SHOP

   Went for the postal service. The parcel was just barely too heavy so the lovely attendant assisted while we shuffled things around and saved me 50% of the cost with a smile on her face. I didn't feel like I was a hassle even with a queue. What a great experience! Many thanks.
