   Calling yourself Elite solicitors is comical. Genuinely the worst solicitor firm i have ever dealt with. I feel sorry for the seller. The communication from Yasar is nothing short of appalling. Only use these if you want conveyancing to take ages and you only want to communicate by email as they are very rarely by the phones.

   The team at Elite UK Solicitors were extremely brisk when it came to the conveyancing process in the sale of my house. Throughout the process they kept me informed and were swift when it came to asking for further information or documentation. Payment at the end of the process was swift and within minutes of our final conversation. When it comes to making the stressful and what may seem arduous process of selling/buying a house, I cannot fault Yasar or his colleagues for their support in this endeavour. I would not only recommend them but would definitely keep them in mind for any future property dealings down the line. Once again, thank you.

   I have recently used Elite Solicitors for a Property Transaction - the end-to-end service I received was excellent. Communications on the matter began at an early stage as soon as a request for a quote was submitted. The quote I received was very reasonable in comparison to other conveyancers. Throughout the enquiry stage, the firm kept me informed and handled communications with the other side. We then experienced a quiet stage, but Elite Solicitors continued to keep me informed, even though there were no meaningful updates from the other side. Property completion was handled with ease. All in all, an excellent service. I will certainly be using Elite Solicitors again for any future property transactions. Thank you

   I had an excellent experience with Elite UK Solicitors, and in particular with Yasar Ali. From the outset, the fee quoted was very reasonable, and throughout the process their communication and speed of action were reassuring. My matter involved the sale of a leasehold property, which also included dealing with the management company and a mortgage lender. Despite the additional complexities, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I can see that there are some negative reviews here, but in my case the service was efficient, transparent, and trustworthy. Also answered all my queries promptly. The first time the sale didn't go through. No extra cost or hidden fees for me. Very very competitive price and very professional.
