   Absolutely useless 19 months later and they’ve still not sorted out my father’s will despite probate being granted in august 15 months after his death. If he’d known how bad they are he would never of used them. Supposed to have had an estimate of their bill every 6 months however still waiting for the first one. Hope we get the interest on the money that we are due, but I doubt it. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF BY AN INCOMPETENT SET OF SOLICITORS

   Fantastic as the company pointed out that a part of the land that I was purchasing was not registered to anyone and this was not found by the previous owners, this has made it's own problems but nothing like it could have been.

   We've just exchanged on the sale of our house and I can't speak highly enough of the Ramsdens team. Steph & team did a fantastic job, keeping us in the loop whilst removing all of the stress from the process. Having completed a lot of sales/purchases in the last 8 years, we were a little concerned about having conveyancing done from so far away, we're Brighton, but it was handled better than previous experiences that we've had with local solicitors. Ramsdens have a cool online tracking tool that you can use to monitor the status of your file, with very clear steps required to complete the process and which ones have been completed. When we buy later this year, we'll definitely be using Ramsdens again. Would highly recommend!!!
