   This was my second time using Ramsdens and their service is once again, flawless! Andrew, Laura and William have been fantastic to deal with! Our process wasn't so simple but the team ensured if felt that way from start to finish. They never shy away from calls and are always happy to answer any questions you have (even if you think it's a dumb question). These guys are the experts and they are more than willing to help. All three people I dealt with were incredibly patient and helpful and managed to get everything through for me on my tight deadline.    I have been absolutely delighted with the service I have received from Andrew Chappell and his team, (Leah Shaw and Laura Smith). As a first time buyer you are never quite sure what to expect, but everyone I have dealt with at Ramsdens has been professional, friendly and prompt at responding to any queries. It was not a straightforward purchase, but Andrew dealt with all hurdles efficiently and with good humour, ensuring I was kept updated throughout. I honestly do not think the purchase would have gone through had it not been for his efforts. I would not hesitate in recommending Andrew and the team at Ramsdens to family and friends. Thank you!

   I would certainly not look to use them again when purchasing a property. Communication was shocking from start to finish. They where made aware of how we planned to purchase at the beginning and even then they said we didn't have the funds as they had requested our bank statements which we found odd but agreed to do even though the money was coming from LISA accounts which had already been provided. The contract had mistakes on including incorrect dates and price we where paying for the property. They also added costs on which weren't part of the original documents they sent through. Considering how much they charged I would have expected a higher quality service. If you want a quick and accurant transaction I'd go elsewhere.

However, Aamir dealt with everything quickly and efficiently. He answered emails very promptly and if he was not immediately available by phone would return my call very promptly. too.
