   Called up an hour ago, about making a medical negligence claim. Both the advisor and Second lady I talked to were really nice. Unfortunately, after taking notes on my claim and talking to lawyers they said they couldn’t take my claim as it’s too complex for them, and advised on another lawyer’s. I said that’s fine, except I received another call just now, I unfortunately didn’t pick up as I was at work but called back almost immediately. A rude man picked up, and after explaining the situation and that I just received a miss call he started reiterating “if the lawyers said you claim is too complex, then it’s too complex”, I know this? I don’t understand why he was speaking to me as if I was an imbecile, I’m the one who told him that exact information but i told him of course, that I knew this and thus was wondering why I was being called then and receiving a text message about my claim as well as a claim number?? It doesn’t make any sense. Regardless, he didn’t listen and just reiterated the exact same sentence, and then I told him to make note to not call me as I was already turned down. His attitude could use a fix though, being kind and compassionate especially when you guys called me and I was confused, shouldn’t be treated with rudeness. Still getting calls, even though I’m picking up nobody is speaking and it’s frustrating because I’m literally at work?? Called back again, and again was speaking to a rude lady, at this point even if you guys have changed your mind and want to take on my case I’d rather go to a different lawyers.

   BRILLIANT A YOUNG LADY CALLED GRACE CALLED ME NOT LONG AFTER SENDING THEM A MESSAGE ASKING FOR A CALL BACK SHE WAS POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL AND LISTENED TO MY PROBLEM.SHE THEN PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK AT 2.30 THE NEXT DAY AND SHE DID AT EXACTLY 2.30.WHEN I SPOKE TO VICTORIA CONCERNING WHAT HAPPEND ALSO A VERY RESPECTFUL AND POLITE LADY WHO EXPLAIND EVERYTHING TO ME.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OF SOLICITORS WHO ARE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY POLITE ALL IN ALL GREAT SERVICE.ALSO A BIG THANK YOU TO BOTH GRACE AND VICTORIA FOR ALL YOUR HELP WITH MY CASE

   I spoke to phoebe, she was very understanding and made me feel heard and comfortable. We discussed sensitive and painful events, but she didnt seem to mind getting all the information in bits and pieces and she was able to recreate the right timeline with my experiences. She really has made it a good experience. I would recommend anyone who's not sure if they should or can go ahead, to give them a ring and see for yourself how helpful they are.
