Shisha didnt even smoke. Called them to come and collect it, and was told its because of our choice of coal which they provided. When they came to collect the guy was very rude. No refund was requested neither was any compensation either. A horrible person to deal with over all.
Awful service, late shisha so cancelled the order. Charged extortionate amount for delivery and coal burner. No after care and was very rude when called to ask where the shisha is by saying, 'why don't you run my business ill give you my keys'. Lost out on weekly orders. Advise to use another dial a shisha service.
Top quality shisha delivered on time. Delivery driver (and I think, owner) is very helpful and friendly - always texts me back to confirm my order.

Shishas far better than rest. Nice delivery driver, slightly costs more than others, but as the first shisha delivery service in Leicester, quality has never been beaten ever by copycats. Keep it up!
Arrived on time on Saturday when there was a party. Very helpful delivery driver setted up the shisha's and started it. Great service, affordable prices and flavorsome long - lasting shishas. Highly recommend than others.
