   Great staff. Good advice on which machines provide what I'm looking for. While I liked the previous staff I can understand why they may not have been to everyone's tastes. Whenever I've had any interaction here it's been nothing but positive so it's sad to see someone had a bad experience recently. Glad to see that management are trying to remedy the situation. Always good at letting you know what certain flavours are like in comparison to what you have vapeed previously.

   Used to be great because of the testing options (which is the reason why one would shop there instead of online). They are cutting down on this now, which regrettable, but a business decision - however that the condescending staff blatantly lie to your face about the reasons for this should give all customers pause. If misrepresentations are so obviously part of the business culture, why would you trust their product advice?
