   As a female office staff member in a plumbing and heating company, we have found all the staff at Smarter Components to be incredibly friendly and helpful. They are always on hand to help when parts need ordering as not being an engineer this is sometimes difficult. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who needs any type of plumbing and heating part. Great staff and service.

   If you are female do not deal with this company we came back to try them again and what a waste of time. Told them i needed the parts for a Friday and was told I would get a delivery on Thursday, no phone call or commun ication, but this is not unusual.
