   AVOID this shop the staff are rude and disrespectful spraying air freshers soon as some people walk in an then again when they leave the staff are two faced they look down their nose at nearly all their customers and on alot of occasions don't even wait fothe person to leave before they start chatting behind their back giving each other sly looks and pulling faces at each other even when the customer can see and the way they act the management don't seem to care as I have heard customers complaining and still nothing changes its worth the extra 60 seconds to walk down the road to the corner shop by the temple and not be made to feel less than by the staff at this shops disgusting and disrespectful staff

   The middle-aged Asian lady who works at the post office was very rude, dismissive and arrogant. She needs training on how to communicate respectfully with customers and handle time-sensitive matters appropriately.

   Tried to return an Amazon package as they're listed as an Amazon returner. Made me pay for an Amazon storage bag then proceeds to tell me he can’t return Amazon packages & refused to give me a refund? Disgusting treatment - stay away

   The lady at the post office is very rude and disrespectful. She does not acknowledge you as a person and is definitely working in the wrong sector. She needs a non- facing customer job, as she does not know how to treat customers or be friendly. Nisa shop itself is good and the staff are really nice and friendly as well. One of the ladies at the till goes above and beyond for customers as she's always been super helpful when my family shops there.

   Fantastic service. Anytime I need a specific, rare ingredient for my cooking, the staff are extremely helpful and polite ! All my weekly shopping comes from this store and there are often offers on, which is great if you’re on a budget. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Good quality, cheap food! 5 out of 5.

   I received a very bad service from the lady on the counter in the post office. the lady was very rude and very ironic. I wanted to send money to my country to my family, so giving my id the lady refused to send the money the id was european greek then after a long time this lady attacked me racistly passing the identity went to the manager and after discussion they canceled it sending money. We live in a free country where I appreciate it, I respect it and I pay all my bills and this lady behind the glass speak me like that, I can’t believe, she attack me ironically and talk me very rude to me. She make me nervous and I leave from the post office, for first time acceptance of racist attack in the last 8 years when I am a resident of uk.I don’t know. I’m very sad about this. This person is better not to work in a place that serves people. The lack of hospitality the respect and rudeness on my face . Thank u and good luck in the field of hospitality.......
