   Very nice place , clean, polite staff and worth the visit the baby was delighted by the ball pit. We will definitely visit again only 4 stars because both parents and staff struggled to keep big kids jumping[literally jumping "cannonballing" however you call it]in the under 3 years old ball pit while toddlers and babies where crawling in there.

   Great indoor play area for the kids. The perfect place to host a kid's birthday party. The staff are always helpful and there are lots of sporting facilities on site.

   3+ session 1.5h proce is 7£ Under 3 is 4£ and parents are free of charge. Cleanest and biggest soft play in town. Recommend! When sit can see all levels and most of the space and where kids run and play which is great and safe

   I took my 2 year old here and all I can say is it was dirty and there’s hardly any staff around. The under 3’s area is unsafe because older kids were in there and literally jumping into the ball pit and almost hit the babies on many occasions. People who have parties there seem to think they own the play area as they have paid for a party. A bloke was walking around in the under 3’s with his shoes as well as his 10 year old kid. When I reminded him that there are babies here so could you please remove shoes he looked at me as if I was speaking a bizarre language. Again where were the staff?? The venues facilities are good however it’s managed really badly hence bad reviews. I don’t think I will be taking my child here again purely down to the cleanness and lack of operational management.

   Great soft play centre in the back of the leisure centre. Cleanest one we have been to. My eldest loved it. Unfortunately there isn’t much for 1 year olds and younger to do hence 4 stars given
