What an amazing place now after it’s been taken over awhile ago! We had our boys party today and it was amazing! Food was great and staff is super friendly, they accommodate to your needs and are very polite and accommodating and very friendly! I could not recommend the place enough!!! Had my son's birthday party at mini monsters and I can't recommend it highly enough. It was so easy to organise and stress free. The party room located at the top of the building was peaceful for the parents whilst allowing us to still view the kids. I'm used to madly running around at my kids parties in chaos so this was a lovely change!! Food was to a high standard and the kids wolfed it down, just the right amount. Everything is lovely and clean. We ended on a high with a visit from Chase. Karly is so lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for a lovely party.
Nice to have a local soft play and my son absolutely loves it. The only down side is the booking system… trying to call before opens up to see if they have spaces, nobody is answering, texted no reply as well, which is a bit disappointing. My partner went in today first thing in the morning and has been turned down and had to take our crying boy to the car because it’s a half term and they were fully booked… it’s his fault for not booking but he had no idea about booking system as it was first time he took there our boy alone. Maybe leave some spaces for walk ins because there will be always someone walking in for a play with their kids and it’s a bit unusual for a soft play to have a booking system which I understand in your case as it isn’t too big .
A good sized softplay with lots of different things for the kids to play on. Not a great deal of space, but it's not cramped. Good cakes and passable coffee, however, the tables are quite close to the play so some views are obscured.
Got to mini monsters this afternoon to be turned away as there was a party and another private booking. Nothing on their website to say this so had a wasted journey and have two very upset little boys who were looking forward to playing.
Very open, very light, very clean and super fun. Seats have a good view of the softplay. And perhaps most importantly... Excellent coffee and yummy cakes.
It's a lovely place for kids, my daughter liked it. Will take her back. Food and drinks served inside. You can also book the place for kids parties!
